• Revision history

  By storing the revisions of each file, the CMS gives you the ability to 'roll back' to any previous version of a file for quick restoration, or clarification purposes.

• Workflow Approval

  Permissions can be set on a user by user basis, meaning a user can have editing rights, however the changes must be approved and published by another user before they come visible to the general public.

• Contact Management

  Pointers to contacts can be inserted into your content, so if a contacts information changes, you can update the contact database, and all references to that contact will be automatically modified site wide.

• Mailing List

  Keep your readers up to date with changes on your site via a mailing list. Multiple lists can be established allowing more targetted communications to be sent. The mailing list does fully automated bounce handling, reducing administration overheads.
